Fathauer, 13th on the Web.com Tours regular-season money list to secure a 2014-15 PGA Tour card, had a 10-under 132 total on Ohio States Scarlet Course. He opened with a 63. "Yesterdays round was something special, so its hard to follow up something like that," Fathauer said. "But overall I was pleased with my round today." The top 25 players on the Web.com money list are competing against each other for PGA Tour priority, with regular-season earnings counting in their totals and the final leader getting a spot in The Players Championship. "I feel like Im playing well enough, but whos to say where I end up," Fathauer said. "I think what I found from last week is just staying patient and sticking to my game plan. Ive got another shot at it this week and Ill just try to improve on last week." The other players — Nos. 26-75 from the Web.com Tour money list and Nos. 126-200 in the PGA Tours FedEx Cup standings — are fighting for another 25 cards based on their earnings in the four tournaments. Vaughn Taylor was second after a 69. "I think overall Im in good shape, so I just want to keep doing what Im doing on the weekend and just stay in the present," Taylor said. "The greens are firm and its really hard to get to some of the pins now. You cant even play at some of them. You have to play away and try to get your two-putts. Theyre tough." Justin Thomas was 6 under after a 69. Kyle Stanley and Sean OHair were 5 under. They also shot 69. Web.com Tour money leader Carlos Ortiz missed the cut with rounds of 72 and 79. Gustav Nyquist was given a spot on the roster on Monday to replace Johan Franzen. The 24-year-old Nyquist has been a key player lately for the Red Wings and that likely helped him earn a spot for the Sochi Games. MMarcus Johansson of the Washington Capitals and Patrick Hornqvist of the Nashville Predators, both of whom have more points than Nyquist this season, were also potential candidates to play for the Swedes. cheap jerseys From China. SAINT JOHN, N. Crockett Gillmore Jersey .B. - Eric Radford has always found solace in the keys of his piano, so when his coach Paul Wirtz died of cancer in 2006, Radford sat down and just played. "My whole life was turned upside down in that moment," Radford said. "I dont know where (the music) comes from, it just came out of my fingers." The song Radford composed that day — aptly called "Tribute" — is the music he and pairs partner Meagan Duhamel are skating their short program to this season. Its both a way of remembering his late coach, and a touching tribute to all the people who have helped the two skaters over the course of their careers. "Its for all the coaches, all the family, all the friends, and the partners weve had before, everybody whos been there along our journey," said Duhamel. Radford and Duhamel, favourites for a medal at the Sochi Olympics after claiming bronze at the world championships last spring, will debut their short program for a global audience Friday at Skate Canada International. The 28-year-old Radford grew up in Balmertown — the northernmost town reachable by car in Ontario and a 28-hour drive from Toronto — and began playing the piano at eight, the same year he started skating. His love of music is part of what first drew him to skating, and his two passions have been intertwined since. "Music through my whole skating career has provided the biggest balance, because theres been ups and downs, but when I can go home and sit at my piano, it clears my mind completely, and everything is back to normal," said Radford, who studied at Torontos Royal Conservatory of Music and is working on his Grade 10. Friends whove heard Radford play had encouraged him for years to skate to a piece of his own music. It helps, he said, that the type of music he writes is "very skateable." "Its emotional, its something you might hear on a film soundtrack," Radford said. "Im very lucky my two major talents, skating and music, are able to complement one another and come together in a moment like this." The 28-year-old Radford is always at his piano "fiddling around," and figures hes composed hundreds of songs over the years, but knew if he ever skated to one it would be this particular piece, which he describes as more "inspirational" than sad. He worked with Canadian composer Louis Babin to arrange the music for an orchestra and then in April, they recorded the song in a Montreal studio with a 16-piece string section. "That was a whole experience in itself, it was a spiritual experience hearing my music come to life in the studio," Radford said. The only concern for Duhamel, a 27-year-old from Lively, Ont., was that she wouldnt be as emotionally invested in the music as her partner — hence the decision to make the song a tribute to all the people in their lives. "I think (using the music) was a good idea, and I think theres no better time to do it than at the Olympics, when the whole world will be watching and theyll see it," Duhamel said. "Thats the most inspirational time of our careers that were going to have." Still, in a sport in which the same pieces of music are continuously regurgitated — think of the "Battle of the Carmens" between Katarina Witt and Debi Thomas at the 1988 Calgary Games — Radford knew that using an original piece of music, composed by himself no less, was an Olympic-sized risk. "We put ourselves out there as skaters and as athletes in a subjective sport where a whole lot of it can be based as opinion. And Im also putting myself out there as an artist, and putting my soul out there with this piece of music," he said. "People like orange but hate red, so some people will love it or not like it. But its unique that I get to use both of my talents, and when we skate to the music, I think it will combine to create a special moment rather than just a performance of skating." American Timothy Dolensky has skated to piano music hes composed, and Radford and Duhamel have been told a Ukrainian skater in the 90s did the same thing. But the Canadians believe it will be a first for an Olympics. Wirtz was 47 when he died of non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Among the skaters hed coached were his brother Kris Wirtz and pairs partner Kristy Sargeant. Radford plans to someday pursue his music to the same degree that hes pursued skating, perhaps working producing, or writing for film or video games. Their free program, meanwhile, is to "Alice in Wonderland." "Both programs are eye-popping," Duhamel said, "and they will stand out compared to what everyone else is doing." Authentic Steve Smith Sr Jersey . The team also announced Tuesday that the Braves will wear a commemorative patch on the right sleeve during the season. The patch, shaped like home plate, carries the number 715, Aarons autograph and a "40th Anniversary" banner. ST. JOHNS, N.L. -- Devan Dubnyk stopped all four shots he faced in the shootout and made 25 saves in regulation as the Hamilton Bulldogs edged the St. Johns IceCaps 4-3 in American Hockey League action Wednesday. The goalie played with an aggressive style in the shootout, coming out to cut the angles down early, and set the tone by poke-checking the puck away from IceCaps forward Jerome Samson on the first attempt of the night. "Its the way I play," Dubnyk said. "Some guys are different. For me, I like to get out and I feel I can move side-to-side well enough that if I get out and really give them absolutely nothing to shoot at then Ill be patient and force them to try and go around me." Dubnyk said that although the Bulldogs are virtually eliminated from the playoff race, the team still looks forward to winning games at this point in the season. "We talked about continuing the fight," he said. "We did a good job pushing to the end and we scored a huge goal in the third period. We were really close last night but we had a few letdowns that cost us towards the end of the game so it was really important to come out and do that tonight." IceCaps defenseman Jordan Hill notched two assists on the night. "Its nice to help out offensively, but I know thats not my game," Hill said. "I just try to move the puck to the forwards and let them do the work." Hill said St. Johns expected this sort of push back from Hamilton after beating them Tuesday night. &quuot;Theyre a good team," he said. Justin Forsett Jersey. "Obviously its late in the season and were trying to get every point we can here, scratching and clawing towards the playoffs. We didnt get the job done tonight." The IceCaps guaranteed themselves a playoff spot after winning Tuesdays game. Andrighetto scored the shootout winner on a quick forehand-to-backhand move before slipping the puck in behind IceCaps netminder Tyler Beskorowany. Gabriel Dumont also scored in the shootout for the Bulldogs. John Albert, Kyle MacKinnon and Adam Lowry scored in regulation for the St. Johns IceCaps (43-22-7). Greg Pateryn, Mike Blunden and Drew Schiestel answered for the Bulldogs (32-34-7). The IceCaps scored first, 1:59 into the game, when Albert ripped a wrist shot from the left faceoff dot to score high glove side. The Bulldogs equalized on a Pateryn slapshot, through a sprawled-out Beskorowany on the powerplay at the 13:41 mark of the first period. MacKinnon gave the IceCaps a 2-1 lead when he surprised the Bulldogs and ripped a quick wristshot high glove with 4:25 left in the first. Lowry backhanded home a rebound on the doorstep for St. Johns at the 17:39 mark of the second period to make it a 3-1 game. Seventeen seconds later, Schiestl pulled the Bulldogs within one from the slot with a wrist shot high glove. Blunden tipped home a puck while going to the net at the 12:54 mark of the third period, to tie the game. Beskorowany made 37 saves, and saved two of four shots in the shootout. Cheap NFL Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Wholesale NFL Jerseys Jerseys From China Wholesale NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China ' ' '

RENTON, Wash. Drew Stafford Jersey . -- Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Percy Harvin and cornerback Brandon Browner will both be out for Sundays game at San Francisco, coach Pete Carroll said Friday. The decision to hold the pair out isnt surprising, although the Seahawks were hopeful both would make progress coming back from injuries this week. Browner has been out since Week 10 with a groin injury suffered against Atlanta, while Harvin continues to deal with soreness in his comeback from hip surgery. Harvin made his season debut in Week 11 against Minnesota but has been unable to get back on the field since. Carroll said that next week -- with Seattle having a full week of preparations -- will be important in Harvins recovery. "Were looking forward to next week being a really important week. We think we got a shot at it. So its important for us to go ahead," Carroll said. "I dont care about making that statement now that were hoping for us is a big week for us with him. Itll be kind of week-to-week in a sense as we go forward." Browner was ahead of schedule in his recovery from a groin injury. Carrroll said this week they initially believed it would be six weeks before Browner had a chance to return, but he practiced in a limited fashion on Wednesday. He did not practice either Thursday or Friday. "We didnt make much progress there. So we did not bring him back out," Carroll said. Outside linebacker Bruce Irvin will be able to play after missing two days of practice this week with a thigh injury. He was a full participant in Fridays practice. The only other concern for Seattle is backup quarterback Tarvaris Jackson, who missed the last two days of practice with an illness. Carroll also said that James Carpenter will start at left guard against the 49ers. Carpenter and Paul McQuistan had been rotating at the position the past few weeks. "Hes earned that shot to do that and weve told him a couple of weeks ago wed be in this type of rotation to give these guys a chance to really battle," Carroll said. "I love the fact that here we are, this late in the season, that were still competing for spots." Keith Tkachuk Jets Jersey .com) - A pair of struggling Western Conference teams will fight for a much-needed win on Saturday when the Los Angeles Kings host the Winnipeg Jets at Staples Center. Bobby Hull Jets Jersey . "It was one of the worst feelings Ive had in hockey for sure," the Edmonton Oil Kings defenceman said. Check out todays trade-related reports and speculation from around the NHL beat. And follow TSN.ca through Deadline Day for all the updates. Rafas All-Out? The Montreal Canadiens may be in the thick of the Atlantic Division playoff race but that might not mean they wont look to move some players out before the deadline. The Montreal Gazette speculates that defenceman Raphael Diaz could be a contract casualty before Mar. 5, as the Swiss puck-mover is a pending unrestricted free agent. Diaz – who has 11 assists through 46 games this season could get priced out of Montreal, whose top priority of the summer will likely be getting P.K. Subbans name down on another contract. No Jackets Required The Columbus Blue Jackets enter Saturdays games with a hold on the third playoff spot in the Metropolitan Division, despite having none of their players listed amongst the NHLs top 50 scorers. Could that pave the way for them to add an impact scorer before the deadline? The Hockey News speculates that the Jackets – a team with good depth bothh on their NHL roster as well as in their prospect pool – could be a team to watch on the trade front in the coming weeks. Keith Tkachuk Jersey. The Jackets have one of the NHLs deepest prospect pools and could potentially afford to part with their first round pick in Junes draft, netminder Oscar Dansk or even one of the three players they took in the first round of the 2013 NHL Draft like Alexander Wennberg or Kerby Rychel in search of the right offensive upgrade. Hockey News Writer Ken Campbell warns, however, that with a team performing at such a high level (see: their current eight-game winning streak) as a collective may be best left as it is. Do the Bart Man The Bruins could still be looking to upgrade their D in the wake of the season-ending injury to Dennis Seidenberg last month. Bruins Insider Joe Haggerty believes that the Bs could be dangling 25-year-old blueliner Matt Bartkowski in efforts to bring in a veteran D-man, such as the Ottawa Senators Chris Phillips or the New York Islanders Andrew MacDonald. Bartkowski is no stranger to the rumour mill, however, as he was reportedly part of the package the Bruins offered up just a year ago in efforts to get Jarome Iginla out of Calgary. Cheap NFL Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Wholesale NFL Jerseys Jerseys From China Wholesale NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China ' ' '

It may have been Chelsea who recently featured in an episode of The Simpsons, but its Manchester United who have morphed into a mere caricature of themselves. Womens Dan Carpenter Jersey . Rooneys latest piece of football genius lost in the furore which now stalks David Moyes, and the man who gave the Manchester United striker his start as a 16-year old at Goodison Park back in 2002. Verbally abused as he sat in the dugout during the later stages of yet another disjointed performance in the midweek Manchester Derby - a banner which proclaimed the Ferguson rubber stamped appointment has now become a focal point for growing supporter fury with the 50-year old Scotsman. The Chosen One has become the Chastised One. The Old Trafford storm clouds are certainly gathering and how Moyes will hope that infamous Manchester rain will play its part just ahead of the kick off against Aston Villa Saturday when most of the 75,000 in attendance will be gazing skyward at a plane which will trail a, "Wrong One: Moyes Out" banner. Weve moved on then from a time where fans would meet down the pub pre-match and march in protest to the ground. This fly by is not the work of a few mavericks merely looking for cheap publicity at Moyes expense, but is the response to a season lost from the all influential Red Issue Fanzine. Raising the $1,500 cost in less time it took for Toure to bang in a third Manchester City goal, earlier Friday Red Issue explained their motivation for organizing the fly by protest in a statement to the media. "The decision to fly a plane over Old Trafford bearing the slogan Wrong One: Moyes Out is one born out of acute frustration. It is frustration at the poor results, lack of fight on the pitch and the unavoidable signs that David Moyes isnt up to the highest standards required to manage Manchester United Football Club." "A significant proportion of Manchester United fans have had enough and unequivocally want David Moyes sacked. Further frustration has been created from the inaccurate perception that all Manchester United fans are behind David Moyes." "The plane and banner which will fly over the stadium this Saturday attempts to directly counter this very unpopular [Chosen One] banner with the words Wrong One and the Moyes Out wording is our statement of what a significant group of Manchester United fans want to happen next at our club." Choice words. To his credit at Fridays pre-match press conference, Moyes defended the supporters right to protest and reiterated his appreciations to all the supporters who continue to back him. Intriguingly that number includes the supporter who rose to Old Trafford infamy when back in 1989 he unfurled a banner which demanded Fergsuon depart a club he had been in charge of for three years but was yet to deliver any silverware. We all know now how that ended. Such though has been the dramatic fall from grace under Moyes, even the leagues CEO Richard Scudamore felt compelled to discuss the matter when stating a belief Manchester Uniteds current predicament was bad for business. No club in English football is more passionately followed across the globe than the champions. The season long funk has also wreaked havoc with Rio Ferdinands personal and social life. The six-time BPL winner has disclosed a preference currently for not taking his kids to school or go out for an evening. This, as ways to avoid supporters and the embarrassment of a season that even with seven matches remaining will return the lowest point total for Manchester United in the Premier League era. Astonishingly, Sir Alex Ferguson is no longer immune from abuse; this occurring as he was sat up in his directors box perch Wednesday evening. Not only did Ferguson leave Moyes soiled goods with many players clearly past their sell by date, there is also a growing sense Ferguson did most of the bidding for the much despised Glazer family. Since they took control in 2005, the owners are reported to have taken $1 biliion out of the club. This income has been taken out to service interest payments and meet other financial demands. Money supporters say should have been reinvested in the squad. To arrest the decline it will take more than the type of panic buying that saw Manchester United pay well over the market odds for Fellaini in the summer and Mata in January. Let there be no doubt these are unprecedented times at Old Trafford. One of the more popular London tabloids spoke Thursday of a coup led by the class of 92 and bankrolled by oil money. Even the New York Stock Exchange got in on the action when the clubs share price rose five per cent. For a club which has already lost six BPL matches at home, Moyes will need a significant response from his players Saturday. Up next is an April Fools Day date with the European Champions Bayern Munich. Less than one minute into the first period, Winnik was checked by Avalanche defenceman Jan Hejda while trying to enter the offensive zone. Brandon Jennings, who scored 15, said he was probably 12 or 13 years old the last time the Pistons won in Utah — and this one reminded him of being a kid on the playground. "Tonight felt like a pickup game. We were getting things that were so easy," Jennings said. Drummond shot 9 for 10 from the field and Greg Monroe added 18 points and 11 rebounds to help the Pistons snap a 14-game road losing streak in the finale of a four-game Western Conference trip. "We were both aggressive. We moved around trying to get second shots ... and we did a good job being patient," Monroe said. Gordon Hayward scored 32 points — his highest total since he had 37 against Oklahoma City on Jan. 7 — to lead the Jazz, who have lost seven of eight. Hayward converted a three-point play to slice the lead to 88-76 with 10:03 to play, but the Jazz couldnt get any closer. Each time they made a run, the Pistons responded with a 3-pointer or a basket near the rim. "Its too difficult when you let teams get going like this. They feel good about all the shots they get," Utah coach Tyrone Corbin said. Detroit went 9 for 17 from 3-point range and ended a five-game losing streak. Just as they did when their comeback fell just short against the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday, the Pistons used crisp ball movement to find open shots. They topped their previous mark for accuracy (54 per cent) set against Atlanta on Feb. 21. "We just took what their defence gave us. We were able to move the ball around, we were making shots and we made everybody look good tonight," Jennings said. Monroe scored on a pass from Kyle Singler to stake the Pistons to their largest lead at 71-46 in the third quarter. The Pistons still have an outside shot at the playoffs, but they need more efforts like this one. Detroit outrebounded Utah 53-33 and hounded the Jazz into 7-of-27 shooting from beyond the arc. The Pistons gained a game on the Hawks, who lost to Phoenix on Monday, but still trail them by 5 1/2 games for the final Eastern Conference playoff berth with 12 games remaining. The Jazz missed the offensive creativity of Alec Burks, the teams second-leading scorer. He sat out his second straight game with a sprained left ankle. Utahs roster doesnt feature many players who can create their own shot, and once the Pistons interrupted the Jazz sets, they were forced into several off-balance jumpers to beat the shot clock. In the first half, the Pistons didnt miss many attempts, shooting at a 61 per cent clip. When they did happen to misfire, they were often there to get the rebound and put the ball back in. Of their 16 misses, the Pistons retrieved nine of them on their way to a 60-40 halftime lead. The Pistons avenged a 110-89 loss at home Jan. 17 when Trey Burke led Utah with 20 points and 12 assists. This time around, the former Michigan star was outplayed by both Jennings and Stuckey and shot just 6 of 15 for 15 points with two assists. "Its tough, but weve just got to continue to learn," Burke said. "They had more energy than us early on and when we did try and make a push, it was kind of too late." The Jazz, who have shown effort throughout this trying season, looked spent and splintered against Detroit. Players and coaches were yelling at each other, no one was sprinting to the timeout huddles, and hustle plays were few and far between. The Jazz, who never led, own the worst record in the Western Conference. NOTES: The Jazz were only able to convert Detroits 13 turnovers into six points. Utah had a season-low seven turnovers, but they led to 14 Detroit points. ... The Pistons outscored the Jazz 34-17 in the second, their most dominant quarter of the season. ... EDMONTON -- It would be difficult to find a team much harder to figure out than the Edmonton Oilers. Maurice Cheeks Jersey . Taylor Hall scored a hat trick and added an assist as the Oilers bounced back from a stinker of a loss with a surprising 8-2 victory over the Colorado Avalanche on Thursday. "Its always a fun night when you get a hat trick, but for us to win in the fashion that we did gives us some confidence," said Hall, who recorded his fourth career hat trick. "This homestand could prove to be big for us. "I havent been in this league long, but Ive been in it enough to know that anything can happen on any night against any team. You have to be ready for the opportunity. You just have to come out and play your game. Sometimes youre going to get eight and some nights youre going to get zero. And tonight was a great night." Ales Hemsky, David Perron, Mark Arcobello, Jordan Eberle and Sam Gagner also scored for the Oilers (10-18-2) who replaced a quarter of their lineup for the game after a 6-2 loss to the Phoenix Coyotes on Tuesday. The Oilers improved to just 4-9-0 at home, but have won six of their last nine overall. "I dont know if you see a score like that coming, but I think every morning you come into a game youre optimistic," said Oilers head coach Dallas Eakins. "Over the last few weeks our group has taken a step in mental toughness and something in that degree. I didnt see a win of that score coming though, I definitely thought wed be in a tight game." Nick Holden and P.A. Parenteau responded for the Avalanche (19-7-0) who had won two in a row and five of their last six coming into the game. Colorado goalie Semyon Varlamov allowed eight goals on 28 shots, however three of those came in the final five minutes with the game clearly out of reach. "What happened in the last five minutes, we have to look at each other and play for our goaltender there," said Avalanche assistant captain Paul Stastny. "Those last two goals are on us. We cant quit on our goaltender like that. He has been our best player all year. Hanging him out to dry like that is unacceptable." Head coach Patrick Roy wasnt as upset after the game as could have been expected from such a lopsided score. "Im not disappointed at all," he said. "(The Oilers) played well and scored power-play goals, they scored on the rush. We knew before the game that its a team that it would be very dangerous to exchange chances with. If they go on the rush, its their game and we played into it. We need to learn from it. "They scored three goals in the last four minutes or so. It was a closer game than the score showed I think." The Oilers started the scoring before the game was four minutes old as Philip Larsen sent a long breakaway pass up ice that Hall was able to catch up to before sliding the puck through Varlamovs pads. Colorado had a chance to pull even four minutes later on a five-on-three power play, but Oilers goalie Devan Dubnyk stoned Matt Duchene on a glorious opportunity at the side of the net to preserve the lead. Avalanche defenceman Jan Hejda had to be helped off the ice with eight minutes to play in the first period after losing an edge and going heavily feet first into the boards. Edmonton made it 3-0 with power-play goals just 15 seconds apart with just over two minutes remaining in the opening frame. Hall got his second of the night and ninth of the season with 2:18 remaining on a five-on-three advantage, unleashing a bullet of a one-timer from the right face-off dot. The Oilers then took advantage of the remaining time on the power play as Ryan Smyth sent a pass to hit Hemsky in full flight and he undressed Varlamov with a deke before scoring on the backhand. Colorado got a goal back four minutes into the second period as a Holden point shot caromed off a couple of Oilers players before ending up in the Edmonton net. The Avalanche made it 3-2 midway through the second period. Parenteau was able to swoop in and pick up the rebound of a big Dubnyk glove save on a point-blank shot by Gabriel Landeskog and hook it into a wide-open net. The Oilers went back up by two goals with eight minutes left in the middle period as Perron went in on a 2-on-1 before electing to shoot it himself. It was Perrons third goal in the last two games and team-leading 12th of the season. Edmonton restored its three-goal lead with 11 minutes left in the third period as a pass ticked off of defenceman Nate Guenin before Arcobello kicked it up to his stick and beat Varlamov. The Oilers made it 6-2 with just under five minutes left as Smyth showed good patience on a 2-on-1 before hitting Eberle for his 10th of the year. It was Smyths third assist of the game. Edmonton added insult to injury with a pair of late goals. With a minute-and-a-half left, Gagner intercepted a pass and then took a nice return feed from Hall before sniping the puck past Varlamovs glove. Hall then got the hat trick with just 11 seconds left as he tipped a Ryan Nugent-Hopkins shot on net and then followed it up to put home his own rebound. "There is tremendous amount of skill here and we have to utilize it on a daily basis," Smyth said. "We cant just sporadically use it. If we get consistent at it, were going to be successful." The Avs play the second of a three-game Western Canada trip on Friday in Calgary. Edmonton next plays host to the Flames on Saturday. Notes: It was the first of three scheduled meetings between the two teams this season. Edmonton came into the game with a fair amount of recent success against the Avalanche, having won seven of their previous 10 games at home against Colorado. ... Deeply disappointed in Tuesdays 6-2 loss to the Phoenix Coyotes at home, the Oilers switched out a quarter of their lineup from that game. Forward Will Acton and defencemen Denis Grebeshkov and Anton Belov were sent down to Oklahoma City while defenceman Jeff Petry and forward Jesse Joensuu were healthy scratches. Call-ups Anton Lander (forward) and Martin Marincin were inserted into the lineup, the first NHL game for Marincin. Also coming in were defencemen Philip Larsen and Corey Potter and forward Luke Gazdic. ... Edmonton goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov was put on injured reserve with concussion/whiplash symptoms after being run over in the crease last Sunday in Dallas. ... Avalanche defenceman Ryan Wilson (back) and forward Alex Tanguay (knee) remained on injured reserve, while veteran defenceman Cory Sarich was a healthy scratch for Colorado, which came into the game after a four-day break. ... The Avs came into the game having recorded a penalty-free game against Minnesota on Saturday, but allowed three power play goals on Thursday. Nerlens Noel Jersey . SMU (19-5, 8-3 American Athletic Conference) has already beaten three Top 25 opponents in seven games since moving into the renovated Moody Coliseum on campus five weeks ago. Before that, the Mustangs hadnt defeated a ranked opponent anywhere since December 2003. They hadnt had multiple wins against Top 25 teams in the same season since 1984-85, the last time SMU appeared in the poll. When this one was over, fired-up fans rushed the floor. Russell had two steals in less than a minute that led to breakaway baskets, with a 3-pointer from Nic Moore in between, to cap an 11-0 run by the Mustangs after Cincinnati (22-3, 11-1) cut the gap to 48-41 midway through the second half. Cincinnati hadnt lost since dropping consecutive games against New Mexico and Xavier in the first half of December. The Bearcats beat SMU 65-57 at home in the AAC opener on New Years Day. Ben Moore also had 15 points for SMU, while Nic Moore scored 14 and Cannen Cunningham 11. AAC scoring leader Sean Kilpatrick led Cincinnati with 22 points on 5-of-18 shooting, including 3 for 12 on 3-pointers. The Bearcats scored six ppoints in a row to make it 48-41, the closest they had been since there were 3 minutes left in the first half, when Titus Rubles hit two free throws after being fouled on a breakaway drive after stealing a pass. Custom 76ers Jersey. . They didnt get any closer after Russell made a layup after Markus Kennedy broke through two defenders and passed him the ball. SMU was back up 59-41 with 8:13 left when Russell had a steal and broke free for a thunderous, one-handed dunk. Nic Moore hit a 3-pointer right before that, after Ben Moores breakaway layup that came after another steal by Russell. The sellout crowd in the 7,000-seat building broke into chants of "Larry! Larry! Larry!" several times -- from before tipoff until late in the game. While students at one end serenaded Cincinnati players with "Over-rated," students sitting at the end near Brown and the SMU bench yelled out "Under-rated!" Maybe that wont be the case any more for the Mustangs after another convincing victory over a ranked team. One of the last chants summed it up best: "Moody Madness!" The Mustangs won all five of their home games played off campus before re-opening Moody Coliseum with a 74-65 win Jan. 4 over then-No. 17 UConn. On the Saturday before Cincinnati came to town, SMU beat then-No. 22 Memphis 87-72. Cheap NFL Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Wholesale NFL Jerseys Jerseys From China Wholesale NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

NEW YORK -- Ralph Kiner was a smash as a slugger, launching so many home runs over the left-field wall at old Forbes Field that fans nicknamed it his corner. Authentic Frank Gore Jersey . Years later, as one of baseballs most beloved broadcasters, he became a big hit in a new "Kiners Korner." Kiner, the Hall of Famer whose frequent malaprops endeared him to New York Mets listeners for more than a half-century, died Thursday. He was 91. The Hall of Fame said Kiner died at his home in Rancho Mirage, Calif., with his family at his side. "He was a jewel," Mets Hall of Famer Tom Seaver said. Kiner hit 369 home runs during a 10-year career cut short by back problems. He debuted with Pittsburgh in 1946 and won or tied for the National League lead in homers in each of his first seven seasons. He was popular off the field, too. His Hollywood pals included Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra, he squired Liz Taylor and Janet Leigh, and he played himself in the 1951 film "Angels in the Outfield." Kiner became a Mets announcer in their expansion season of 1962, working 17 years as a trio with Bob Murphy and Lindsey Nelson. Kiner called their games for 52 years in all, including a handful of them last season. Kiner was already a fixture on the Mets airwaves when he was inducted into the Hall in 1975. He was elected with just one vote to spare in his 15th and final year on the Baseball Writers Association of America ballot. The six-time All-Star outfielder still ranks sixth all-time with a home run every 14.1 at-bats. He averaged more than 100 RBIs per season and hit .279 with the Pirates, the Chicago Cubs and Cleveland. When he retired, Kiner was sixth on the career home run list. To generations of TV viewers and radio listeners, his postcareer acclaim was as great as the honours he earned on the field. "Kiners Korner" was a delight for players and fans alike, where stars would join Kiner for postgame chats. "I loved going on Kiners Korner. I enjoyed talking baseball with Ralph, especially learning about players from his era," former Mets star Dwight Gooden said. "But what really made it special was every time you went on, you got a $100. For a rookie like me in 1984, a $100 was a big deal." Kiner was known for tripping over his own words, and often laughed about his own comments. "If Casey Stengel were alive today, hed be spinning in his grave," he once commented after a misplay. "On Fathers Day, we again wish you all a happy birthday," he also said. Then there was the time Gary Carter hit a winning home run in the 10th inning of his Mets debut in 1985 and Kiner introduced him as Gary Cooper, the famed actor. "Gary was a great sport about it," Kiner remembered. "He came on Kiners Korner afterward and introduced himself to me as Gary Cooper and even signed a picture to me, Gary Cooper Carter." His observations were pretty astute, too. Talking about a former Gold Glove outfielder, Kiner remarked: "Two-thirds of the earth is covered by water. The other third is covered by Garry Maddox." Kiner had a stroke about a decade ago that slowed his speech, but remained an occasional part of the Mets announcing crew. Fellow announcers such as Keith Hernandez and Ron Darling always brightened when Kiner was alongside them. Younger fans who were born long after Kiner retired also reveled in his folksy tales. "As one of baseballs most prolific power hitters for a decade, Ralph struck fear into the hearts of the best pitchers of baseballs Golden Era despite his easygoing nature, disarming humility and movie-star smile," Hall President Jeff Idelson said in a statement. "His engaging personality and profound knowledge of the game turned him into a living room companion for millions of New York Mets fans who adored his game broadcasts and later Kiners Korner for more than half a century," he said. "He was as comfortable hanging out in Palm Springs with his friend Bob Hope as he was hitting in front of Hank Greenberg at Forbes Field." As a teen, hanging around the Hollywood Stars in the Pacific Coast League, Kiner shook hands with Babe Ruth and talked ball with Ty Cobb. In high school, he hit a home run off Satchel Paige during a barnstorming tour. After serving as a Navy pilot in World War II, Kiner had a strong rookie year and won the NL homer title with 23, beating Johnny Mize by one. He really broke loose the next year, hitting 51 home runs with 127 RBIs while batting .313. Stuck on poor teams, Kiner never made it to the post-season. He made his mark in All-Star games, homering in three straight. Kiner connected in the 1950 showcase at Comiskey Park, but made more noise with another ball he hit in the game. He hit a long drive to the base of the scoreboard in left-centre field and Ted Williams broke his left elbow making the catch, causing him to miss two months. "Williams always said I ruined his batting stroke, that he could never hit after that," Kiner said. "Yeah, sure. He only hit .388 in 57." Mets owner Fred Wilpon remembered Kiner as "one of the most beloved people in Mets history -- an original Met and extraordinary gentleman." "His knowledge of the game, wit, and charm entertained generations of Mets fans. Like his stories, he was one of a kind," he said. "Our sport and society today lost one of the all-time greats." The Mets named the home TV booth at Shea Stadium in his honour. The Pirates retired Kiners No. 4. "All of us at the Pittsburgh Pirates have heavy hearts upon learning of Ralph Kiners passing," the team said in a statement. Ralph McPherran Kiner was born on Oct. 27, 1922. He was first married to tennis star Nancy Chaffee. Following their divorce he married Barbara George, and following another divorce he married DiAnn Shugart, who died in 2004. Womens Frank Gore Jersey . PHILADELPHIA -- The Cleveland Cavaliers entered the All-Star break as one of the hottest teams in the NBA. Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 Pirate Black Scarpe Uomo/Donna . The time off didnt slow them down. Tyler Zeller scored a season-high 18 points and grabbed a career-best 15 rebounds, Kyrie Irving added 14 points and the Cavaliers pushed their winning streak to five games Tuesday night with a 114-85 victory over the skidding Philadelphia 76ers. Irving, selected MVP of the All-Star game Sunday with 31 points and 14 assists, played only 23 minutes in this rout. The Cavaliers won their final four games before All-Star weekend and came out of the break with the same intensity. "Give the guys in the locker room credit," Cleveland coach Mike Brown said. "Theyve done a great job. Our guys just keep fighting." Dion Waiters had 13 points before leaving with a knee injury in the second quarter. Luol Deng also scored 13 and Tristan Thompson had 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Cavaliers (21-33), on their longest winning streak since an eight-game run in March 2010. That was LeBron James final season in Cleveland. "Were playing together and were working together," said Zeller, who had his second double-double of the season and the ninth of his career. "When you play together and have success and win, it kind of takes some of the stress off." The reeling Sixers fell to 15-40 with their ninth loss in a row and eighth straight at home -- their longest skid since the 1996-97 season. Philadelphia has dropped 19 of 22 overall. C.J. Miles scored 10 points and Anthony Bennett had 10 points and 11 rebounds in a balanced effort for Cleveland. Thaddeus Young and Michael Carter-Williams led the Sixers with 15 points each. Tony Wroten had 12 and Evan Turner scored 11. Before the game, the buzz in the Philadelphia locker room centred around Young, Turner and Spencer Hawes. All three players have been mentioned in trade talk with the deadline looming Thursday. Maybe that affected the last-place Sixers because they came out sluggish and struggled all night. Late in the third quarter, fans expressed their displeasure with boos throughout the arena. "Were all sticking together, trying to keep this locker room together," Young said. "The biggest thing is going out there and staying focused." For the Cavaliers, the news wasnt all good. Waiters hyperextended his left knee following a spectacular, one-handed dunk with 54.1 seconds remaining before halftime. He stayed down on the court for several minutes before walking to the locker room on his own. Brown didnt have an immediate update on Waiters following the game and believed he would be examined further. Waiters never returned, but the Cavaliers didnt need him the rest of the way. They built a 64-43 lead at halftime and extended it to 85-62 after the third. Even with such a large cushion, Cleveland stayed sharp and outscored the Sixers 8-4 to open a 93-66 advantage slightly more than 2 minutes into the fourth. Philadelphia didnt pose a serious threat the rest of the night. "There were effort problems," Sixers coach Brett Brown said. "You cant hide from that." NOTES: Carter-Williams had five turnovers and no assists in the first half. He finished with seven turnovers and one assist. ... Kevin Grow joined the Sixers on Monday with a ceremonial two-day contract. Grow, who has Down syndrome, played his final two varsity basketball games for Bensalem High School and scored 14 points, including a buzzer-beater to win a game.
